@nairobi26 This Seattle Marathon thing Dex did was back in 2006 and Brawl came out in 2008. So he didn't voice Falco at the time. But that's him alright! I wish I'd hear his voice in more Nintendo games! He's a very funny guy!!! :)

Hey, that is Dex Manley, he did the voice of Falco Lombardi in SSBB.

Yep.
He also voiced ROB64 in Assualt (He did not voice Falco in Assualt, though). He's provided voices for a few other Nintendo games as well.
