Alright, that's railwhips your talking about. A lot of it has to do with your setup and the surface your riding. The more offset your wheels are and the more slippery the surface is the easier this trick will be, generally. Basically just try to put as little of your foot on the wheel while at the same time trying to put as much pressure on the wheel as you can in order to hold the board down to the ground and allow for the spin.
