Love your message; you bring up a lot of good points. Yes, transition does make us get out of our comfort zone, which is truly the only way we can grow. As you mentioned one way to ride the wave is to allow ourselves to celebrate small success along the way,one thing I do to help me acknowledge my successes, is at the end of every day I write down 5 successes of the day, regardless of how small I think they might be. Thanks for sharing.
