Time bomb is great harassment and I can escape most ganks when my team was back and I was for some reason ahead using a combination of time warp and repeated rewind. I usually only pop Chronoshift on myself rather than my friend when I'm about to die only if I get completely focused as in the enemy laners are after my ass. However, in a situation that I can only save one, friend prioritizes over me.

Ie; what if the karthus is incredibly pro? what if the pantheon is beyond noob? what if karth is fed? what if pantheon is disheartened and as a result isn't really in the game mentally? Its a typical constant yes that pantheon vs karthus for dmg, pantheon wins first. But Karthus is the only dead meat that can do more than stink up the place, all he needs is a good wall and then pantheon joins him.

To the game discrepancies, like a 25-minute surrender and Zhonya's Ring and the 240g dragon, TB is a euro and as such plays in the Euro region. Good chance those rules are a tad different, as of this post the NA region has a 20-minute surrender, Zhonya's Hourglass, and a 190g dragon.
