Sanjaya has moments. He really pulls back on the show. That might be nerves. I wish he'd raise his volume, that's when he really shines.He's got to be scared to death when he goes onstage. If he had a trainer he could polish some of the rifts, etc. But I agree overall, he does have a decent voice. Very soft and sweet. Go check Sanjayas chariot

Tony Bennett likes him..aight. I still like Sanjaya even tho I don't think this song was the best choice for him. But he's always fun to watch and I think he's what's got most people watching AI this season. Sanjaya is the only reason that I watch this show on a weekly basis. The other contestants are boring, generic and highly unlikely to ever reach Idol status. Sanja on the other hand makes the show interesting. He is certainly not the most talented singer but he does provide a stage presence and a uniqueness that makes him stand out for both good and bad reasons. Sanjaya rocks the house!
