I trained with the british when I was in the US Army. My first meal with them was breakfast. They gave us eggs, sunny side up, with canned pork and beans all over it, and toast points that weren't actually toasted, they where fried in grease. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever attempted to eat.
@sam199166 you could still get into a firefight. theres a story with 9 british soldiers being attacked by like 100 insurgents in iraq, the chef was among them. they all had to fight, in fact as he was making the lads food a morter blew up 1 meter next to him. its still a harsh job

the only position i would take in an army would be the chef, since i dont agree on killing, and i enjoy cooking way more that shooting people.
