What people seem to forget, is that Kirin may travel at the speed of light, but it needs a command first. That command doesn't travel at the spped of light. Hiraishin is, quite simply, an army killer, a boss killer, a supplementary and a travel technique all in one. Fact: Namikaze Minato is probably THE arsekicker of the Naruto series.

I would say that Shinra Tensei should be in the top 3 at least. It has the ability to repel all techniques and as seen it can do more damage then most powerful techniques. For example Pain repelled the Rasenshuriken, and as seen in the manga he repelled the Amaterasu. Now put that to crushing an entire village. That's some serious firepower.
