Don't need to avoid fat. It's a healthy part of our diet; saturated fat included. Just watch out for trans fats and added oils such as: sunflower oil, palm oil, flaxseed oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, etc. The only safe oil is coconut oil. Also whole milk is better for you than skim. The process that strips the fat out of milk to make it skim destroys nutrients in the milk and increases free radicals. And don't forget about sweet potatoes! The healthiest carb available. Cheers

Don't use the protein high and fat low as your guide to food selection. The number of grams is pointless if you are taking in 30 horrible ingredients salts, sugars, etc. When you are young you can handle more crap food but later you will pay. Eating the same foods is important if you want to gain muscle, lose fat! Eat raw veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts (if not allergic), no grains, meat on the bone and you will gain muscle, lose fat. Workout less but more intense with 3/4 weight possible.

@iam507 If you don't know what your calorie requirements are to maintain your weight, you will never gain weight. You will either always be under or over. In your case you are likely under. It is simple. You eat more than you need, you gain weight. If you eat less than you need, you lose weight. If you eat exactly what you need, you do neither. If you have ADD like me, you have to eat, think and exercise differently. You can't look at what one person eats to know how you can succeed.
@iam507 You have to provide more information to really get success. Everyone is unique. For example. I cannot handle grains. That is why I settled on the raw paleo diet. Basically I eat all raw veggies (dark greens mostly like spinach, wheat grass, kales, collards), dark sweet fruits and bananas (with moderation..sugars), lots of seeds, no nuts, no breads, no pasta..0 carb, 0 processed foods. Slow down in everything and you will reserve more energy, not go catabolic, do better in school.

Hey man i dont want to sound negative, but ive stopped eating all that stuff in your video a long time ago. There is alot of shit wrong with what your eating that i dont know where to begin. Try to lean more to an alkaline diet. Cut out the dairy, ham, processed meat (the grounded beef is not from one cow but many with alot of shit added to it). Cut out bread too, its very acidic, eat only sprouted bread. I feel sorry for you man..

all you eat is non-organic plus your nasty ass commercially processed milk and cheese is pasteurized and laced with hormones and antibiotics and puss(nice huh) and you call pasta,whole wheat bread and *canned* fruit good carbs... you spreading very bad incorrect nutritional knowledge that god knows where you got it from, wtf is wrong with you man?
Corn is not a veggie its a GRAIN and one of the worst foods and it WEAKENS muscles it don't matter how big they are. tsk tsk tsk..... *sighs*

Don't use the protein high and fat low as your guide to food selection. The number of grams is pointless if you are taking in 30 horrible ingredients salts, sugars, etc. When you are young you can handle more crap food but later you will pay. Eating the same foods is important if you want to gain muscle, lose fat! Eat raw veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts (if not allergic), no grains, meat on the bone and you will gain muscle, lose fat. Workout less but more intense with 3/4 weight possible.

Hey man sweet video! Helped alot. I am having trouble gaining weight and I'm actually 15 pounds under the weight I wanna be. I am in college and off campus so i have to make all my own food. Any other tips on good foods for gaining weight? Or excercizes?

@iam507 If you don't know what your calorie requirements are to maintain your weight, you will never gain weight. You will either always be under or over. In your case you are likely under. It is simple. You eat more than you need, you gain weight. If you eat less than you need, you lose weight. If you eat exactly what you need, you do neither. If you have ADD like me, you have to eat, think and exercise differently. You can't look at what one person eats to know how you can succeed.

@iam507 You have to provide more information to really get success. Everyone is unique. For example. I cannot handle grains. That is why I settled on the raw paleo diet. Basically I eat all raw veggies (dark greens mostly like spinach, wheat grass, kales, collards), dark sweet fruits and bananas (with moderation..sugars), lots of seeds, no nuts, no breads, no pasta..0 carb, 0 processed foods. Slow down in everything and you will reserve more energy, not go catabolic, do better in school.

Things u need to get weight:
1: MILK (Most important)
2: Ham, any type of ham.
3: Eggs, about 3-4, sometimes its good to drink them. You put the eggs in a bottle and juice them with milk.
If You Do All These: U will get weight and then u can exercise.

Hey man i dont want to sound negative, but ive stopped eating all that stuff in your video a long time ago. There is alot of shit wrong with what your eating that i dont know where to begin. Try to lean more to an alkaline diet. Cut out the dairy, ham, processed meat (the grounded beef is not from one cow but many with alot of shit added to it). Cut out bread too, its very acidic, eat only sprouted bread. I feel sorry for you man..

@takitezy7 Wow you read my mind... this guy has no clue about what his talking about and the sad thing is that with over 260,000+ views i know a lot of people followed his advice. He thinks ham is a good source of protein and mercury laced canned tuna. He use a peanut butter that says natural yet is not organic haha, The only thing he spoke about that's good is the omega 3's and not that brand either. alkaline diet ? that probably sounded like chinese to him. I feel sorry for his followers.....

want to gain 25 lbs in 25 dayes no steroids! first off i was like you guys but i went up from 52k to 60kg in 9 dayes!!! seriously some people says this even works better than steroids, ok. search "Gomad" in google, Gomad stands for gallon of milk a day. Drink 4 liters of milk everyday and eat something every 3 hours, this will gurantee you atleast 4kg every week. And trust me this woks. only side-affect is bad breath, but just chew a gum;) and workout! thumbs up so everyone can see this

@MarkMortem09 i feel you im the same exact size, but i as 137lbs 3 months ago i gained 7 pounds from eating over 100 grams of protein per day, and atleast 3,000 calories better 3500 per day, along with whey protein with creatine drink a lot of water, 70% of muscle is water and creatine helps hold more water to your muscles.
