  • whole foods...whole tuna fresh...stay away from canned and packaged folks.  Fresh salmon is always best high in Omega-3....

  • yeah but those patties have fillers in them that counter act against the protien.... its better to get the ground beef direct from the butcher.... Canned tuna...eheh.... the preservatives also counter act against the protien value... cooked ham....eheh... turkey meat bredren...everything else is good good.

  • Interesting video now, can you give me a routine or something to do, if I got the food. What I have Access to is a bench press, about 120 in weights, dumbbells. I am 5"11, age 18, weigh at about 125, Im asian if that means anything lol, I don't like how small my shoulders are and how bony my wrists are, i want to be able to fit into a shirt without looking like a kid, like I am pretty strong for a skinny dude, but I am more bony then anything else, like my fingers are long and thin, im a stick.

  • i weight between 122-130.. and can NOT gain any more. ive ate more ate more ate more.. and my metabolism is so high that all these proteins go in and carbs go in and come right back out.. ill gain a pound or 2.. then.. lose it back to 122 when i get to the gym.. ive heard so much and so many different ways from so many people. but for one they didnt have the " skinny guy" problem they were already bigger when they started.. im 23 and 122 pounds.. thats sad :/

Ive taken lots of supplements and weight gainers ate my 7 meals a day worked out went way past my calorie count and still couldnt gain any weight! I went from 120 to 125 back to 120 but cant gain no more than 5 pounds! Weight gainers are a load of shit! THEY DONT WORK! At least for me so dont go wasting your money on that garbage! Its all hype! I give up im gonna be scrawny for the rest of my life!!!!

    He explains everything, it's pretty simple. I tried the workouts he suggests, like working the whole body with one set for each muscle group with a 5/5 cadence to failure. I thought that would be a breeze. Was I in for a shock. It's so hard. And totally spent at the end.

  • I am going to change things up. I am pretty cut right now but i am going to bulk up and I will try to put on about 15-20 lbs I am going to be eating six average sized meals a day instead of three large ones. I will wakeup at six to eat then eat at 8 then at school i have lunch at 10 30 then i will eat at 330 when i get home and have a protein shake post workout then a meal before bed. I am going for alot of carbs, calories and protein will these meals be enough?

  • @Murphdog0019 as for supplements I will be taking creatine monohydrate an hr before my workout jack3d 20 mins before myworkout whey protein after and a carb supplement that my gnc store gave me free with my whey so i thought i would try it out

  • Don't need to avoid fat. It's a healthy part of our diet; saturated fat included. Just watch out for trans fats and added oils such as: sunflower oil, palm oil, flaxseed oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, etc. The only safe oil is coconut oil. Also whole milk is better for you than skim. The process that strips the fat out of milk to make it skim destroys nutrients in the milk and increases free radicals. And don't forget about sweet potatoes! The healthiest carb available. Cheers

  • @Buildyourskinnybody your a fool if you think eating healthy is expensive you just need to know how to manage your money and know what to buy I have member ship to SAMs club you get pounds of food in bulk that last me months instead of going to the store that last me a week plus I eat 6 meals a day and need 100 grams of carbs per meal so an average guy wanting to bulk up would last him even longer

  • Don't use the protein high and fat low as your guide to food selection. The number of grams is pointless if you are taking in 30 horrible ingredients salts, sugars, etc. When you are young you can handle more crap food but later you will pay. Eating the same foods is important if you want to gain muscle, lose fat! Eat raw veggies, fruits, seeds, nuts (if not allergic), no grains, meat on the bone and you will gain muscle, lose fat. Workout less but more intense with 3/4 weight possible.

  • try cottage cheese it has about 18g of protien and only 1g of fat per serving , goes awsome with chopped fruit

  • @iam507 If you don't know what your calorie requirements are to maintain your weight, you will never gain weight. You will either always be under or over. In your case you are likely under. It is simple. You eat more than you need, you gain weight. If you eat less than you need, you lose weight. If you eat exactly what you need, you do neither. If you have ADD like me, you have to eat, think and exercise differently. You can't look at what one person eats to know how you can succeed.

  • @iam507 You have to provide more information to really get success. Everyone is unique. For example. I cannot handle grains. That is why I settled on the raw paleo diet. Basically I eat all raw veggies (dark greens mostly like spinach, wheat grass, kales, collards), dark sweet fruits and bananas (with moderation..sugars), lots of seeds, no nuts, no breads, no pasta..0 carb, 0 processed foods. Slow down in everything and you will reserve more energy, not go catabolic, do better in school.

    1: MILK (Most important)

    2: Ham, any type of ham.

    3: Eggs, about 3-4, sometimes its good to drink them. You put the eggs in a bottle and juice them with milk.

    If You Do All These: U will get weight and then u can exercise.

  • Hey man i dont want to sound negative, but ive stopped eating all that stuff in your video a long time ago. There is alot of shit wrong with what your eating that i dont know where to begin. Try to lean more to an alkaline diet. Cut out the dairy, ham, processed meat (the grounded beef is not from one cow but many with alot of shit added to it). Cut out bread too, its very acidic, eat only sprouted bread. I feel sorry for you man..

He thinks ham is a good source of protein and mercury laced canned tuna.   • @MarkMortem09 i feel you im the same exact size, but i as 137lbs 3 months ago i gained 7 pounds from eating over 100 grams of protein per day, and atleast 3,000 calories better 3500 per day, along with whey protein with creatine drink a lot of water, 70% of muscle is water and creatine helps hold more water to your muscles.
