Oh and deemsta, letting the Serp Sting run through to the end of its duration doesnt make any difference. If u refresh it at the beginning or at the end. Your Chimera shot doesnt benefit if you leave the sting on longer, it will do the same amount of damage regardless of how long the Sting has been ticking. The 40% damage bonus from Chimera shot when Serp Sting is up is only based on the BASE DAMAGE OF SERP STING and NOT the damage done so far. So if serp sting ticks 1 or 3 times,40% dmg is same

The MM rotation should start with Serp Sting, then Chimera-Aimed-Arc then 3x SS(haste dependent)By this time Chim/Aimed/Arc will be off CD (rinse repeat) at roughly same time notwithstanding GCD(glyph used to get this is Aimed Shot (CD is reduced by 2 seconds)) This allows the rotation to run smoothly and if done correctly allows a 45%(3/3 talent) chance to proc Imp SS having fired 3x SS after Chim/Aimed/Arc- If this procs that means your highest dmg shot (chim) will get a 15% dmg boost

ounce you shoot chimera shot the tick on serpant sting will be at 2 seconds and will go bak up to 12 seconds with an added 40% damage from the serpant sting added to ur target..

The cd on chimera shot is 10seconds so make sure to shoot chimera as soon as it comes outa cd cuz you only got 2 seconds b4 the serpant sting wears of

Well punisher.. Thats because you fail as a hunter.. Like i said.. SMART hunters.. that know what there doing.. Will out dps almost any surv hunter.. There are lots of things to factor in.. like what fight it is. Gear ect.. but its a proven fact that as of now... You can get more DPS with MM on most raid boss fights! Surv is just an easier spec cause you can get decent dps from just spamming explosive shot!

Making a generalization that MM is better than sv is definitely wrong. And before you refer to me as 'fail hunter' like punisher. consider this.

i am MM. i chose it over SV because i provide a boost to the raids dps. my dps however is (slightly) lower because of the poor mana efficiency.

the dps difference is barely noticeable in the hands of a skilled hunter. only difference is style of play. SV is more chaotic and doesnt have a real 'Rotation'. where mm is a simple shot rotation.
