@OARfanatic daily quests are repeatable quests that are for players at level 70-80. They are named "dailies" because you can do them once per day. They generally award a fair amount of gold + items / reputation. Grinding is simply killing mobs in a specific area for the purpose of grinding gold and / or reputation.

this may sound noobish but i have a 80 hunter only 5.1k GS and i have never done dailys and i dont know where, i know you said stormpeaks but are there a load of quests you need to complete to get to these, also are my dailies still in stormpeaks on im alliance??

@papasmurf163 there are some prereque quests, but you can at least start with a few. They are up in the Dunder w/e area with the frost giants.

@papasmurf163 no problem at all. I can understand your plight...being without a lot of gold it can be hard to get the ball roll. But the one thing I always try to teach my members is the important of just getting started. Even if you only have 50 or 100 gold...use that to do something via professions, the auction house, etc.

@zacblade Here's your guide for how noobs make gold. 1) if you are not max level quest, 2) pick up 2 gathering professions, 3) if you are max level dailies are a viable option. No matter what you do, there is no zero effort strategy to making gold. But with a little effort you can use the simple aforementioned tactics to pull in huge gold over time.

I think the biggest issue with dailies is that you must fight with others over the same mobs, some RNG when it comes to drop rates and maybe even PvP on PvP servers that really makes it way less efficient than for example playing on the auction house.

Im Revered with Sons of Hodir and I just have the Spy Hunter dailys and the spears daily? do u need to be exalted for that helms quest and the horn?

I have a question. You're able to do dailies on one character, would you be able to switch characters and do those same dailies on another?

If you can, and thats the case wouldn't you be able to double or triple your gold depending on how many characters you have in that level range?

Hey with all the grey items that you were selling if you get your addons from WoWmatrix theres an addon that creates a button on your shop windows and you can click that and it automatically sells all your grey items that your carrying in one go, so that cuts down a lot of time.

These dailies are from the Sons of Hodir, out in the Storm Peaks. There is a quest chain (one of the longest I know of) that is 33 quests long, just to get to the point where you get the dailies. However, it is one of the most important reputations, given the fact that they offer THE BEST shoulder enchants in the game, along with the grand ice mammoth :D

Do the math...If he did 3 dailies in 15 mins, that means 12 dailies in an hour. Which means you can do 24 dailies in 2 hours, and have 1 available left for the daily heroic dungeon....Idiot.

just quest, when i was leveling my pally and my rogue, i made about 500-1k gold every day just by questing and vendoring any greens i got from mobs and quest rewards

thats always good...Everyone keep in mind...on most servers...if you are an enchanter. You will make MORE money selling the mats for a specific enchant on the ah than if you just sold the emchant...For example. On my server Fiery wep runs for 65g. I can sell all the mats for fiery wep enchant for around 90g on the ah

xperl is the only visible addon. I also use quartz, SCT, omnicc, and a few other ancillary addons.

Some guy on curse said that openall deleted his excess mail: "Problem i think if you dont have any bag space it deletes all extra items you cannto fit, im pissed off now becuase it just deleted 200 of my gold"

Has that ever happened to you? If no, have you ever used openall with full bags?

in 3 years of using openall I've never experienced anything like this. I imagine the guy on curse is...well, the technical term would be a moron.

if there isn't enough bag space it says..."not enough bag slots", it doesn't start deleting. In fact, it doesn't auto delete anything. If you look in the mod's script files all it does it continual run a macro that loots your mailbox. That's it.

The mod probably looted the 200g and the guy didn't realize it.

Hey mate, your videos are great, im just wondering if your shaman still has alchemy, because i cant seem to get anything out of alchemy at the moment, the procs on items are so high everyone sells mats more than the potion sicne your almost 90% getting a proc on each potion, if not on one you can get a five proc on the next one

no, I dropped alchemy on my shaman some time ago. I kinda change professions about as fast as the markets on my server changes...since this video was shot I've level at least 6 professions (not including gathering professions) to max level.

if you're not 80 yet the most effective way for you to make gold is simply to keep leveling...there's no point in trying to farm dated content.
