The Vishnu Purana, book 2, chapter 37 mentioned nepal and northeast india as Kiratdesh when lord buddha was born.

But india that time did not existed as there were so many kingdoms and states. it was the british after ruling india for more than 200+ years unified india. if there was no british invasion into india, today there would have been no india but many countries like bihar, punjab, kashmir, manipur, nagaland, sikkim, etc....

for one, there are a lot of Indians working in Nepal too. I guess that aren't able to find employment in India so they decide to move to Nepal and sell pani puri.

second, Nepal is a small landlocked country which is somewhat dependent in both India and China but that doesn't change the fact the Gautam Buddha was born in Nepal

Half of Nepali population works in India, and we are happy to have them. We consider Nepal as a brotherly country and both countries should provide employment opportunities to each other's citizens. But, I am sure, half of India's population or even 1% does not work in Nepal....

No dispute about Lord Buddha's birthplace. The thing is place Buddha was bourn is now called Nepal since may be sevral hundred years. It was not Nepal in 2,500 BC. Don't get into petty arguments.

U R living in a world that is far removed from reality. In Mumbai/Delhi every 3rd building has Nepali Gurkha or a help, the same in all major cities. This is not to belittle what they do, but the amount of trust that Nepalies enjoy. India also has large population of Gurkhas in Army.

500 BC there was Akhand Bharat, be happy to claim Bhddha's birthplace in Nepal, I have no issues with that.

Population of India as 2008: 1,147,995,904

So if we say 1% of Indians are corrupted,

you do the maths;

answer: 11 479 959

This figure almost made up the entire population of Nepal and we all knows that 90% Indians are

corrupted, not just 1%.

Thing is there was on country called INDIA itself.
