  • damn!!! that's some red ass salmon meat....i would definitly make sushi out of that..

  • 4 to 6 lbs tops!

  • if you dont hook them in the mouth you have to let them go

    dont let fish and gayme catch you keep them!

  • Cut off the head, and the tail. Grill the backbone for 3 minutes each side and the meat will come off very easily. Take the meat and put on crackers with cream cheese, or Pita Bread, Cream Cheese, and some Salsa. That is if you really want to use all the meat, but you did an excellent job. OH and save the bellies for Halibut Fishing if you are going.
