  • I love that smoker. One would look great in my yard for salmon.

  • Beaver meat has a different taste but is very good and how you season it to you own taste makes it unique. Andrew you post some great videos and I enjoy all of them, THANKS!!!!!

  • What does beaver meat taste like?

  • @fusilier45 beaver meat tastes exactly like a beaver,I like mine with HP sauce.I also like the back feet and the tail, beaver is good for the winter you can withstand it better with beaver meat.

  • was that a schrade 152 u used to skin that beaver?

  • You my friend are the envy of all of us that have been cheated on, had our bank accounts cleaned out, lied to, and generally been screwed over by a woman and or a society that dosen't give a crap about decency or the single white male. keep em coming and i'll keep dreaming!!!

  • i love you videos like if you agree

  • i love you videos like if you agree

  • What do you do with the guts? Do you use them for bait in your traps? I was wondering how you disposed of some things like that so it doesnt attract coyotes, wolves, and bears around your house all the time. Thanks for the videos.

    Very smart man!

I wear gloves too when skinning these varmint. Especially Coon.

You don't know what they have.

  • how do you make enough beer to make you want to survive on beaver? do they make p.b..r. in the woods.?

  • @foodstampz lol i dont drink beer

  • @TheWildNorth lol you should dood, but just a little bit. its pretty sustainable in the wild as well. but yes its better to not let your instincts down.

  • any diseases linked to eating wild meat , just wondering.?

  • @foodstampz if anything, the diseases come from store bought meat i thnk, all the slaughter houses and such have much more of a chance of disease than fresh wild game....

  • looks tasty

  • rip Justin Beaver, nice recipe

  • Do you smoke beaver meat to feed to charlie?

  • @PredatorWild yes charlie eats smoked beaver meat also he eats dry dog food but he also eats beaver meat i usually boil it for him.

  • I am sending this video to friends in Teresopolis, Brazil who are mudslide victims last January and are staying at a church. The church is out of food, so I am trying to encourage them to find their needs in the surrounding forest. Teresopolis is 1500 feet above sea level near Rio de Janeiro. They have pine forest there. Your traditional meal is realistic for them. There are squirrels in the woods, and beans are rice are what they ate until recently. Thanks.

  • @genetrumbo yeah man tell em to eat them beaver and squirrels.

    thanks for commenting

  • hey mon love to see ur vids everyday they come out. i tarp alota coon and rats but this year im going after beaver to. its sweet watching the way u live how u cook and ur daily activities. keep it up.

  • great videos, real positive message of heritage and quality of life.

    much respect!

  • just heard about you on CBC.... awesome stuff you got going on! love to see ppl eating off the land, and not from plastic bag factory farmed garbage!

if you ever need a helping hand out there, let me know! looks like a good life!

  • @CarrieOnPromNight what is CBC?

  • I just heard you this aft on CBC and I knew I'd probably want to subscribe, and I did.

  • thanx for the vid...i was hopein to see one of your meals...

i guess you dont eat to much fast food..

    keep postin ...love your vids

  • Hey Stanley, if I rememember correctly from the radio show I listenned to. Good for you for having your stuff talked about on national radio CBC.

I watched many of your videos and I like them.

I feel for you from all the negative comments you get from people. Most people today hide behind grocery stores, so they don't have to hunt for meat or raise and kill and kill livestock or cut trees to be able to harvest crops (so vegeterians alike...).

Keep up your good work and bring back reality.

  • @levante333 thanks man im happy you liked my videos! what part of the country are you from?

yeah i get lots of rubbish comments from people that know nothing of our traditional heritage and the fact our country was founded on the fur trade maybe city folks that never walked off cement before!

    peace

  • Now someone knows good fast food.

  • thanks! awesome video .wow that bread looks very good ;)) cheers.....peter.

  • @angrybuck1 oh its damn good

  • do you eat the tail it is the best.....

  • @coyotekiller4ever yes i love beaver tail

  • you may not understand this but beaver cleans our rivers and lakes as well as the trees in our forest that need to be pruned down. breaking a health law has consequences, sure youll eat those beaver just fine but at what cost? survive today or survival long term that is the concern. God has a plan and following leads to a better life. Perhaps you would survive better if you picked up the Good book and read it some brother!

  • @stormpoet76 i have read the bible did you not see the holy bible on my table at 9:40 so what if i eat beaver meat that means im going to hell? its a important source of food my ancestors have been eating beaver meat before the bible was written.

    peace

  • @stormpoet76 I garentee the life you lead leaves a bigger footprint on the environment then the life Andrew is following!

  • @Gouliasboy i could care less if my footprint is small or large, neither was that my point goullasboy. I had a dialog with this guy about the health value of beaver. ashe stated above he reads the bible and it was actually on his table. The bible dictatates what is healthy and what is unhealthy to consume. That was my only point bud. I like watching his videos and i like learning new ways to trap. He does a service which i enjoy and my concern is well placed. I expressed my opinion that is all.

  • @stormpoet76 I garentee the life you lead leaves a bigger footprint on the environment then the life Andrew is following!

  • @stormpoet76 saiah 25:6 On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine--the best of meats and the finest of wines.

  • Amen

  • @justhuntitall i cant wait to get there and get drunk on the aged wine i bet in heaven you dont even get a hangover!!

  • @stormpoet76 saiah 25:6 On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine--the best of meats and the finest of wines. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

  • @stormpoet76

I thought of taking apart your idiotic statement one sentence at a time but then decided it wasnt worth my time. So, let me just say this.... Piss off. When society (as WE know it) collapses you are one of the unfortunate individuals who will starve or be forced to live by the charity of others. Good job Andrew, I enjoy all of your vids. I think I'll kill me a beaver this week and eat it just to honor Stormpoet.

  • @1Bigcheese100 perhaps you should read Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14. You are obviously not understanding the value of the food laws , Have little care for your neighbors and even less respect for yourself. My statement is sound. Its not something you will understand until something bad happens to your health. A beaver isn't split hoofed and doesn't chew its cud. It carries waterborne pathogens and cleans the trees/shrubs of our land. It is unclean to eat. God says NOT TO eat it. You decide.

  • @stormpoet76

I've already decided...... when I was very young in the ozark mountains and didnt eat if I didnt kill squirrels, rabbits, or whatever I could find. Fortunatly now I dont HAVE to do that but I still have a taste for squirrel dumplins and fried rabbit. Perhaps you should get a life and realize that not everyone interprets the bible the way you do or worships as you do. Stop what pushing what YOU believe on others. My soul is just fine. Agan.... piss off.

  • @stormpoet76 who cares, thats how he grew up, eating bever and atleast he eats it after he traps it, most people would kill it but not eat it, i idle his life, no responsabilitys he does not have to deal with the world, assholes, and all twists in life, he can get away from it all, a wish i could do that

  • You are 1 lucky man

  • great job andrew .i will give you a call .if you still want to go to the city .you can stay here and i will get you back and forth from the city.you just fly to pa great job looks great welcome back .

  • I've been wanting to cook up a beaver myself. I haven't ate any yet, but have a shitload of them in my freezer. Gonna go beaver hunting here in a week, so I'll just use a fresh beaver to cook one up. I heard beaver make damn good jerky too. I heard the fat tastes like shit on beaver. This one guy said he boils it in water to remove the fat before he cooks it.

  • @flyfysher69 yeah you wanna trim the fat off the jerky it does taste rough well you should try it is damn good! he how did you make out beaver hunting with your bow?

  • @TheWildNorth I found a hole where a beaver was coming up and scoped it out for a few hours and saw the beaver coming in and out all the time. It was on someone's property so I asked them first and they said no. I guess they don't like having trees on their property. Unless I find another easy spot to sit and wait like that I probably won't try with my bow. Gonna go out tomorrow on my boat and slay some grayling and beaver. You can bet your ass there's gonna be some video too.

  • thx for the post. Enjoy the good life cause city life sucks.

  • Great job on the vid bro! what does beaver taste like? if it taste like it smells I think I rather stick with deer , elk or moose.. lol keep those vids rolling bud.

  • @georgekthehunter it all depends on how you cook it and what time of year it is harvested..if i cooked it for you it would taste like beef

  • awesome..respect

  • good vids keep them rollen.

  • Awesome. Nice to see you back, bro.

  • yummy!!!
