it is unfortunate that there is a loop hole in the law allowing the japanese to go whaling, but the law is on their side sadly, the sea shepherd is acting illegally by law but the law is a ridiculous one, the whalers are allowed 900 whales a year... at that rate if nothing is done they are sure to go extinct and they call it "research"
