some ppl say quick scoping is stupid cause it is just flashy and not as effective as hardscoping, but if you get real good at quick scoping it is plenty better than a good hard scope sniper... Trust me I have been hardscoping since I started MW2 and to tell you the truth I was a beast sniper back then like amazing, and now that I quick scope in mw2 I am just as good at sniping, but I have confidence against multiple opponents and against close range guys...
