Also, for a professional photographer, why does he pronounce his profession as "fertography"? Even in his intro he starts by saying his name and that he is a food "fertographer".

LOL I wish food photography was like this... in reality you are the photographer you have 10 fucking people breathing down your back (art directors, clients, designers, etc.) and it goes on for hours making it perfect.

Very true! I worked for 20 years on car commercials. The ad agency would always send way too many people to watch us shoot, always trying to look important, giving us tips on how to shoot sheet metal on wheels, ha! They'd go out each night with the producer & clients for $150/plate meals(drinks and c.o.k.e.) but call it a "script meeting". Come on, it's a 30-second TV spot they spent over 4 months writing. They'd act like it was an epic feature film we were shooting...
