3) Never needed to legally change his name back (see #2)
4)Did not lie on his Illinois application. It asked for other aliases, i.e. any name he might have used to buy property, register to vote, etc. Obama had no other aliases.
The Certification of Live Birth is the only thing the state of Hawaii releases. It is fully valid as a proof of birth. There would be no way for Obama to have a US Passport otherwise. The dept of health in the state of Hawaii confirmed that the COLB is valid. There is no "original" birth certificate any more in Hawaii They went paperless in 2001. You should educate yourself before you go on the internet.

I agree with you that Hawaii no longer issues anything but the COLB, however, even according to Barack Obama himself, he was indeed in possession of the original birth certificate years ago. I do not take any side in this issue, other than or president would serve the nation in its best interest by coming forward to the nation and address the issue personally once and for all. This would save us all a lot of questions. He owes it to the country to do so.
The COLB is a legally valid document, equal in every way to the "original" birth certificate. No other president has ever been held to this standard of "proof". It's highly unlikely that Obama has the original birth certificate his parents got when he was born. Most of us don't have that. There are no legiitmate "questions". There are just sore losers who are pissed that he won, period. No "original" birth certificate will change that. They will claim it's fake, as they did with the COLB.

After listening to our President tonight talk , I am now convinced he isout of touch with reality. He provided no credible basis for his policy. All I heard was flowery speech with no semblance of order or any common sense. He has yet to show me any roll-up-the-sleeve and "get-r dun" work ethic to solve problems, but rather just deligate amateurishly as we have become accustomed to expect. He missed the opportunity to convince anyone his plan (democrat's plan) had any substance.
We need to reasearch this further, but it is probably the atty. generals office that would be responsible for prosecution, but that seems strange since the atty. is appoiinted by the President. Considering how the W. Administration blamed everything on Clinton, this is nothing more than fair. Especially considering how horrible the W. Admin. left the country. What exactly would you like them to give credit to Bush for? Starting a war under false pretenses? Not following through in Afghanistan and leaving it a quagmire for our troops? Ruining the economy? Obama is not spying on people that disagree with his policies. Either prove it or stop lying. Two, we already had FISA in place to meet the needs of fighting the War on Terror. But W. okayed warrantless wiretaps, which is illegal. We are more at risk now thanks to Bush and his policies. The CIA, the NSA and the teachers at West Point all agree that Bush was the greatest advertisment for recruiting new terrorists.

Wrong again on both counts. Firstly I am an independent. Just because I disagree with some of the presidents policies (especially big government) does not make me a right winger. Second, I do not get my information from the Huffington Post (which is as bad as MSNBC) bias.
Let's stop this nonsense and concentrate on JOB creation. That is what upsets me about Obamas policies. His shotgun approach to leadership is destructive and high-schoolish. Look at the credentials of the Czars he has picked.

The fact that Huffington rubs you the wrong way means that we may finally have some common ground. Many countries may not have liked Bush but they respected his word & his resolve. Strength in America is good. Bush also made many mistakes..(example: weak on illegal imigration). Obama on the other hand risks further drift and lack of respect because of his softness on foreign policy and weak handling of other policies (Iran, N.Korea, etc). I guess we will have to repectfully agree to disagree.

He has demonstrated that he does hundreds of appearances for the press (more than any president in history). Why not come out with his own evidence and put a stop to the rumors? 1) no proof of adoption in Indonesia, and even if so, it would not effect his citizenship
2)Name was never legally changed to Barry Soetoro
3) Never needed to legally change his name back (see #2)
4)Did not lie on his Illinois application. It asked for other aliases, i.e. any name he might have used to buy property, register to vote, etc. Obama had no other aliases.
5) Please offer proof about these multiple SSNs.

The Certification of Live Birth is the only thing the state of Hawaii releases. It is fully valid as a proof of birth. There would be no way for Obama to have a US Passport otherwise. The dept of health in the state of Hawaii confirmed that the COLB is valid. There is no "original" birth certificate any more in Hawaii They went paperless in 2001. You should educate yourself before you go on the internet.

I agree with you that Hawaii no longer issues anything but the COLB, however, even according to Barack Obama himself, he was indeed in possession of the original birth certificate years ago. I do not take any side in this issue, other than or president would serve the nation in its best interest by coming forward to the nation and address the issue personally once and for all. This would save us all a lot of questions. He owes it to the country to do so.

The COLB is a legally valid document, equal in every way to the "original" birth certificate. No other president has ever been held to this standard of "proof". It's highly unlikely that Obama has the original birth certificate his parents got when he was born. Most of us don't have that. There are no legiitmate "questions". There are just sore losers who are pissed that he won, period. No "original" birth certificate will change that. They will claim it's fake, as they did with the COLB.

Nothing will ever be resolved "once and for all". The people making these outrageous claims will continue making them for the next 3.5 to 7.5 years, and then some. They are the ones who lied and convinced people like you that there is a difference between a COLB and an "original" BC, even though the Hawaii Dept of Health says there is not, and the Republican governor of Hawaii says Obama was born there. These are the people we're dealing with. No "original" BC will change their minds.

After listening to our President tonight talk , I am now convinced he isout of touch with reality. He provided no credible basis for his policy. All I heard was flowery speech with no semblance of order or any common sense. He has yet to show me any roll-up-the-sleeve and "get-r dun" work ethic to solve problems, but rather just deligate amateurishly as we have become accustomed to expect. We need to reasearch this further, but it is probably the atty. generals office that would be responsible for prosecution, but that seems strange since the atty. is appoiinted by the President. It would probably be a special prosecuter from the Justice Dept. Regardless, if it actually went that far, I am confident that a rigorous prosecutor would dig deeply into all of the facts. Coverups have a way of exposing themselves in Washinton politics eventually.
