I'm sorry to break it to you guys ut they will never be together.

Kingdom Hearts 3 won't follow Sora's story as stated in an interview with the creator. Infact the next KH won't even be named KH. It will ahve basically the same story with the heatless and keyblades but it wil have different characters. Who knows, it might even be online since he said it will be "more" than a game.

Nomura never directly said that in his interview. He said that those armored characters were new and that they could pertain to the past or the future. And he said he was working on a different project before he was going to touch plans on KH3.
