This is very real when you look at the Apple business model. Apple spends a lot on advertising. But, when you go to an Apple store, talk to telephone support or otherwise interact with Apple, they are still in the Game! They support their products by believing and demonstrating that their customers matter. Do the fix iPhones that have been dropped in water or have broken screens for free? No they don't. That's their business model. You are responsible for your actions, Apple owns theirs.
Great analogy. We're judged by our actions rather than intentions. Actions in this case translating to execution. Planning and intentions don't mean nothing without actions and execution.
Agreed! Both need to look about the long term success and what that is going to take, and not about the fluff.
