when the treadmill came on i burts out laughing~!!! god i love youtube, you can find the randomist things her XD but thats actually a neat idea, im gonna try that to practise my heal-walk ^^ though mine arnt that high~ highest only breach 5 1/4" :D great skill u walkit perfectly~ ^^ u seem to have strong calves!!!!!

Lots of working out. The first treadmill clip is 5 1/2" heels, the other two are 6 1/4". I got used to walking in 5 1/2" by doing housework in them believe it or not. Try pushing around a vacuum cleaner in heels and you'll get very good at balance.
