love her dearly but i really think she could cut out the f-word....she is so smart ,sexy and inspirational it just cheapens things...believe me i defend her in all other ways..
tell me grand mal seizures story.. i developed it them when i was nine.. drs told me i would not get off the meds but i am getting off over 1/2 so far.
I am so glad that you and Jenny McCarthy are speaking about autism. I am a mother of a 3.5 year old son who is mildly autistic. I am trying to find all the info I can to get him better. I have excluded diary and working on gluten (he seems to crave sour cream, butter etc.) We need your celebrity to get America to understand and find a cure. Thanks
Dear Susan, Thanks so much for this video. I admire you greatly for telling the truth all these years. I developed Crohn's Disease and had to have my colon removed due to what I believe to be an allergic reaction to dairy and gluten. Doctors didn't want to take me seriously, which almost led to my death. Wrong treatments were given which made things worse. When I investigated my medical records, things were missing. Doctors and hospitals need to be held accountable.
I had never heard of you before looking on Youtube, wish we had you in UK and Spain. You´re just the kind of woman i admire!!You´re great!! Wish there were more people like you about. Thanks for the posts, i love ´em.
Susan, I applaud you for applauding other strong women like yourself! I got stuck on the Dr. Oz comment though--what I caught of his most recent episode (the first I have seen of him) seemed to be right in line with the food/exercise principles that you teach. I'd love to hear what it is about him that you disagree with! :) Love you, keep up the amazing work!
Susan -- this is something else to which I cannot express myself in 500 words or less! The lessons of history are very clear in demonstrating that every person has to take initiative in securing effective medical treatment for themselves. Doctors are not gods, some of them are not even good people!
My 2 1/2 year old just stepped over to the computer and asked if you were "Sleeping Beauty" I said, "No, Honey, she is very awake, but a beaucty none the less!"
It was Jenny McCarthy, Louder Than Words: A Mother's Journey in Healing Autism is her book!
I have read her books , and along with making my laugh till my belly was sore , they are wonderful ! I myself am one of those mothers who thinks that you don't need books or a doctors opinion on how to raise YOUR children . Being a mother is not a science , but an instinct of love , and a work of passion ! I don't need a book to tell me how to do that !
I missed the show, but I think it's wonderful people are figuring things out for themselves. Of course doctors don't like this, wouldn't that mean less money for them if we knew how to treat ourselves?
"University of Google" is my new favorite phrase of the day. I'm telling that one to my students. Why is it that Doctors are so threatened when we figure something out for ourselves??
They re-run Oprah here at 1am and I saw that show too the other night, with Jenny, it was amazing to hear her story I'm sure her books are good reads. Love how she said she went to the University of Google and just read and read and wouldn't take one Doc's opinion she kept digging on to help her son and now is helping others have hope!! Instinct and research go a long way!!
You need to watch Lorenzo's Oil

Susan, the walkabout occurs every waking moment from the moment you said it's time for a walkabout. It also occurs in your dreams.

Jenny had one of the funniest comedy shows on tv years ago. I think it was on MTV. But, of course anything worth watching doesnt stay on tv long.
