  • i love your videos because you show how much more better home care and jamey being with family is, i think more adults with disabilities should stay at home with their own family because knowing group homes or institutions would segregate persons with severe disabilitys

  • does he have to get his hair cut with his earphones on? Is he usually ok with getting his haircut?

  • Autistics are not weird or odd or stupid either! They are smart funny and cute! So if all you haters hate autistics and think they are some kind of alien go jump in a ditch!

  • @DoraBieber1 The first channel, this one was orginally my husband's channel, so I began the other channel, thinking I'd organize them someday, and that someday just never came around, so my hubby just gave me this channel and I keep posting on both. One day I will try and organize it....not much time, for now it just works.

  • Great, great, great! informative and educational as usual! Seriously, your two channels are the best autism-related channels on youtube.

  • Very Informative video. I liked how you show how to comfort Jamey. I bet he likes to know that its ok even though he cant verbalize it . HELLO JAMEY FROM ANNA . LOVE YOU .

  • Being so patient and willing to provide this high quality training tool to an undoubtedly ever changing staff, amazing! I am going to encourage all my families to do a video like this, I can easily loan out video recorders if they don't have one. Always learning from you!

  • I'm so glad you upload these videos. They're so informative, yet some can be so comforting and really touch your heart. It's so nice to see him so settled and content, specifically at the end of the video. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and wishing you the best in 2011.

    *Love and hugs*

  • Another great video. Very informative. Nice to see him so settled and content. Hope he found some peace over the holidays. All the very best for you, Jamey and the rest of your family in 2011.

  • Jamey is so handsome and he acts so much like my 21yr. old autistic son. You don't know from one minute to another what they are going to do.

  • :) I'm so happy you upload these videos. Jamey is always in my thoughts. Your family is so inspiring. Were it not for your videos, I wouldn't know that autism can be so extreme. They don't show things like this on the telly.

  • you seem like a relay REALy great mom, i've watched all your videos and the way you look at autism is just awesome, i have aspergers but i can't imagine what you and jamey have to go through on a daily basis and i respect you for handeling it so maturly, i will continue to watch jamie's vids and comment

  • Does Jamey have a certain toy that might calm him? Does he like rocking in a recliner? My son loves beads of all colors, it redirects him and he loves the tactile experience. I can pull out any color out of my purse anywhere and the meltdown stops, I have a hidden stash everywhere through out my house. If the meltdown is big many beads are given and bam complete fit stops. I have many items that are portable but not small enough to swallow that will stop all hand biting and being mad. Just idea
