Yuri or anyone who can answer this, do you recommend consuming simple sugar right after doing HIIT(Jog/Sprint)? Someone told me that if you consume simple sugar right after HIIT, fat burning is not gonna be as efficient as it should be since it uses these simple sugar as main source of energy instead of using fat as the main fuel. Any inputs on this?

What do you do for a pre-workout snack/meal if your workout is within 30-45 minutes of you waking up in the morning. Example.. waking up at 6:30 and working out at 7:00am?
man i really just do not understand how to eat right..i mean i eat healthly but apparently it isnt enough, so i must be doing something wrong...if anyone knows where i can find a detailed eating guide, with a list of foods and when to eat them and what not i would be very thankful
