The point of their music was to bring rock and roll back to the simplicity it began with. Their music is mostly late 50's, early 60's rock, but sped up and with distorted guitars.

If Johnny hadn't stolen Joey's girlfriend and acted like a Fuhrer of the 5th Reich: he insisted on being the "inside manager" bossing the others around in a nasty way - there wouldn't have been so much bad blood.
