I used the soap and water, it did NOT wash off! However, it did eat through the plastic bottle I stored it in overnight...So if you're doing this make sure you store it in some type of glass bottle. Excellent tutorial, I can't find a top coat around here for less than $17! Thanks so much!

Of corse you can do this with much effort... Or you buy a matte top coat for less then 3$....

Actually, the mixture of soap and water did wash off. I might try one of the other ingredients sometime...
