there is no proof here! The 'exercise' was the same sort of basis i.e. more than one bomb going off at a certain time in certain places not they did. It was just speculation that the bomb was under the carriage, you don't need flames to get burnt, There was a train at 7.42 and the tv show keeps saying apparently he was a double agent and they get the evidence from a muslim sheik who was interviewed for a newspaper.

Yes he did say under the carriage of a train. They originally believed it was a device on a train exploding due to a power surge. The kind of device that is housed under a train.
