It's no secret Trisha is gorgeous but she also has a passionate, raw, deep, and emotional sound that was perfect to show off the four colors of the FOX preamp. Thanks Trisha!
@recordingreview I will make it easier on you...:) I do all kinds of stuff.. I am a musician first because it is my soul.. I am also a full time artist/painter and model/actress (sorry not the porn kind) and a single mother of a beautiful little boy. But, you can think whatever you wish.. It is a free country, well sort of.
Wow! This is one fun preamp. It reminds me of the flexibility my Manley TNT has, but with more extreme settings. Very, very fun.
On another note, as a dude who runs a forum, two of the Top 10 things dudes bitch about is how what you look like is more important than how you sound in the modern music world and how hot any chick is that happens to be recording. Baffling. It's as if you guy shave never had to hide your boner during a session before.
@recordingreview Brandon, I totally agree. (btw im a KHR customer and forum member) I mean, clearly she's recording because of how "talented" she is. I don't know why, but I feel like I've fired off a few knuckle children to her on a different website where different kinds of "talent" is/are required. "Trisha Lurie".. hmm ok. Now I'm on a mission to prove music isn't her first profession.
@PeteWojMusic Yeah, there's nothing wrong with being talented in multiple categories. I think tickling the ear and tickling the naughty muscle are two independent, noble activities and if people are going to bitch about music being superficial now, that means they need to separate the two. For those who don't get wound up either way, I have no problem with the discussion being in the gutter.
Slate needs to stick to samples.

A little difficult to focus in on how the preamp is performing. And I mean that in a good way! Slate sure knows how to pick 'em.
