To debunk the claim that Bush did take public financing he didn't. Bush raised $70 million during 2000. In 2004 he raised over $100 million. Also in 2004 Bush's opponent Massachusetts Liberal Flip-Flopper Mitt Romne---I mean John Kerry declined public financing as well. Both times he was in a hybrid agreement with the RNC to pick up some of the tab. Yes my sources is the communist newspaper the SF Chronicle, Wikipedia and Politico.
Fact Check: George W. Bush declined Public Financing both in 2000 and 2004. So Obama wasn't the first to decline public financing in the Post-Watergate Era.

- Extra Drilling = more oil profit.
- War in Iraq & Iran = more oil profit.
- To Open ANWR = more oil profit.
- No specific green targets (only feel good waffle!) = more oil profit.

to not admit when your wrong is pure ego. if you are unwilling to adapt with the situation then you will inevitably fail. just ask former prime minister tony blair. the brits are thrilled that w's partner in crime in crime resigned and if he does not come clean he will never redeem himself in his country just like the bush family may never and probally will never redeem themselves in the states. the wheels have been turning for quite some time and just now we found a brake pedal.

As a young(13 years of age) republican I would vote for John Sidney McCain, if I were to be legible. Our nation is in a rough patch and we need a honest man to keep our nation free from the evils of those who prosecute against us. Barack Obama is a fine gentlemen who could easily be good president but we need to stick to our nations values that that have led us to eb what it is today! He's never "reversed his own word" on waterboarding. I hate when people take his actions out of context, and try to twist them into something completely opposite than what he's done.
AS for campaign financing, isn't it Obama who originally promised to use public financing, then once he had more money changed his mind? And hasn't Obama changed his word, when he says he won't resort to personal attacks, and then every word he says about McCain is a strawman fallacy comparing him to Bush?

Town hall meetings are the best format for the candidates to take questions. Why is Obama afraid of taking unscripted questions from the American people he wants to represent? Common American people deserve the right to voice & ask whatever concerns them. Hiding is what cowards do.
