Great video and think the machine cleans well. Had one and it broke after 4 months and would not suck up the suds any more. Took it to Hillsboro Oregon Vac and they never called to say they could not get the part to fix. Called Bissell and they sent me a non working sweeper that would not dispense liquid in the hose. Bissell claims they are going to make good on the sweeper. I do not think so. Places cannot get the parts to repair it when it breaks I found out. I am out now $100.00
@PamelaRP If you used it for 4months, you got your some of your money's worth. I got my money back in just doing a few details. I'm pretty sure I mention how cheap the machine feels, as with all Bissell and OTC products do. Now that I have a big expensive pro unit, I save time, but it cost way more to start up and replacement parts cost more than a brand new LGM. Since I'm not a production detailer (as in getting as many clients as possible) time savings is the only benefit.
@TheSmickTV Have you ever used an extractor? While the Bissell isn't a great machine, it's still a useful one. I thought it would perform better, but I'm still "satisfied" with the results. Big units like the Mytees you mentioned are meant for professionals. This video isn't for those people. I do have a Lite II and I'm honestly not impressed with it at all. The heaters work great, but it's not steady. I'm actually going to sell the Lite and build my own for 1/2 the cost and much better power.
@badquengaThank you for your video, and explaining how you used the product! I've been thinking about getting one, but I saw in another comment you recommend a product called Folex, have you ever used that on a couch?
Cool thanks..

@badquenga I might be interested in buying your Mytee Lite if you are selling it.

My stairs are carpeted light beige and their pretty dirty with some pinch stains dirt,etc...for about a year now do you recommend this item?

@puchipatas It's more about the process than the machine. Try Folex, you can get it at Home Depot. Or order it online like I do (I buy it in bulk).
