You know, i guess "...imitaion is the best form of flattery." Thank you guys for inspireing so many artists to go and do. Unfortuantely, it also inspires of thers to go and steal. It really ticks me off when I see hundreds of "Animusic" videos that are nothing more than re-posting your fantastic work. Oh, well. Enough of the soap box. I'm looking forward to the third DVD. Oh, I hope y'all don't mind too much, but I put AniMusic in my tag lines as well :D

@xq010 No no, the diagonal beams are attached to its sides. If you look closely, there's some sort of nail in the middle of the beam.

Very cool video of all the pieces fitting together. And to think that this was simpler than "Gyro Drums"!

I'm sure if someone could build light-enough gears and powerful MIDI-controlled drive systems, they could replicate "Drum Machine" in real life.

Yeah, but like Wayne Lytle said on the audio commentary, it's unlikely that such a structure would hold up under its own weight.
