This information has parts of truth, however there may be an element of misinformation in it. He mentions Stanley A. Fulham. However, in the Fulham book, it said the 9/11 WTC towers collapsed due to their position on Ley Lines on the Earth, and it was caused by jet fuel. Fulham's ET contacts (The Council of 9) go on to claim that the reason Bldg #7 collapsed was due to "resonance" effects from the larger towers collapsing.
