  • There are so many memories and thoughts this song brings to the surface. Like Floris 1963 I was around 16 ( 1973) when I was turned onto Oregon, ralph towner and many of the artists on the ECM label. There are many types of music video that one could create that would work well with this song.

  • One of the most touching tunes in the soundtrack of my life...

  • Nicely said Floris. Nothing to add.

  • Kind of Colours, with Garbarek and Towner.Or kind of Oregon with Weber and co... all those musics are fascinating, pure soul, timeless. I bought those records in the 70's, still listen to them. Of course, I have CD versions but ECM records and Rega Planar turntable still do miracles after all those years and it's a delight to go back to basics sometimes.

  • Yello Fields by Eberhard Weber, anyone..? It would be another welcome surprise to see it sprout on the Youtubetree...

  • From the early morning of my life (I was 11) this song is encrypted in my musical heart. Still after 35 years, I love this song so deeply. And it brings me back time and time again to these early glorious days of innocent youth. You have great taste to bring it on Youtube. Thanks.

  • Recorded at Arne Bendiksen Studio, Oslo, Norway in December 1974.

Personnel: Ralph Towner (guitar, piano); Jan Garbarek (soprano & tenor saxophones); Eberhard Weber (cello, bass); Jon Christensen (drums, percussion).

Thank you so much for the petals...

    Fifteen years without listening it.

  • Most beautiful music next to silence. Thanks for uploading this fine music
