Hi.. I am having trouble with my HV30 in 60i mode.. I cannot seem to get it to deinterlace for computer viewing. I am using Vegas 8 Pro I have tried leaving it on upper field first and interpolate to deinterlace but nothing is working.. basically it only works well in 30p and 24p mode but I need to know how to make it work in 60i also. Please email me with help. Thx

make sure to render at 30p or 24p. MAKE SURE IT'S PROGRESSIVE.

So how did you get that in slow motion? Is it a tool on the camera, or did you edit it with some software???

I used sony vegas to slow down the video. It was shot in 60i then slowed down to 40% in the editing software.

I shoot with the canon hv30 and i got it for around $750 on ebay. but that was last year so you could probably find it cheaper now.
