WOW! Very cool and what fun and I missed it by only 10 years. The bear scene where I am is much different. It's mainly about what variety of things can you insert in your rectum and then taking a picture. This video looks like it was more fun to do than that. The guy with the dark hair and camo pants? Yummy.

@NelsonClick We took about a week to record it (yes, those are our vocals, recorded professionally in a studio to backing tracks), and about three or four months of rehearsals once or twice a week. No plans to get back together -- maybe we should do a "Behind The Music" special, though ;)

This video is truly amazing and I think it is underappreciated. All of them have so much talent in vocals, choreography, and comedy, not to mention how damn good looking they are! They really need to get together again and put on another show, as I'm sure their fanbase is increasing, thanks to youtube. This was absolutely priceless.

Those bears are, Bob "BobALoo" Koenig, Dave Cobb, Wayne Chiu, Dean Ricca, Shea Scullin, and another guy named Wayne, I think. They are introduced by Sean Abley.

Me (e-ticket on LJ) and Sean (zombietruckstop on LJ) wrote/produced/directed BearQuake from 2001-2003. This was from the first year.

We invited Bobaloo, Wayne (kweeah on LJ) Dean, Shea and Kevin Bowe to join the BSB and rehearsed for a bunch of months to Sean's choreography, and laid down vocal tracks in a friend's recording studio. All of us wrote the parody lyrics.

No, Pa'... they're not actually singing live. That's a playback. The headsets mics are just for show. It's easy to tell... if you look at their mouths intead on ther furry chests for a second. he he. Lol. Believe me... I just did that after watching this a couple of times and realized that they're actually lip synching. You can also tell from the initial interview... they use the mic from the guy who's presenting them. ;o)
