it's easy just go to deviantart(dot)com and download the vrusor you like. open the zip file and copy paste all the crusors into the crusor, windows file. then just go to Personalization -> Mouse Pointers and choose the new crusor !

Cursor Mania is a good one i just downloaded it installed it works like a toolbar in your IE click on cursor on the top of the toolbar and click which one you want it works without any messing around with one click.
