Hi Kawausosu - where are the best places to see River Otters? You have another video with a dog that you said was at the hug hug park - it looks like you can get really close to the otters. It's so hard to see them up close in the United States

Adventure World is the best place for River Otter Freak in Japan.

And can watch performer Otter in "sea lion live".
Ultimate,you can hug Asian Small-clawed Otters!!
I also recommend Samui Aquarium in Thailand.(I've never visited...)

I couldn't see any otter pictures on the Samui web site but I did at the youtube links you gave, and the second link was very compelling. Wow!
