you dont have to be lvl20, if your below lvl20, it'll be scamps and low level daedra, if you are lvl20+ then it'll be the stuff you saw

@Rethlagar It may because Bethesda has fixed this. You can try removing the patches (you'll have to find a video on how to do this) and then it may work. But be aware that removing the fixes/updates from your HDD will remove every game update but you can easily reinstall them. Good luck.

ALL VIEWERS: its actually EASIER at a lower level, example: level 10. there will be no monsters to fight you because they aren't level ten obviously just walk, and talk, and u win!! ;)

All you need really is 2 paint brushes, put 1 infront of the other than pick the 1 up your NOT stood on.
