I know im stating the obvious now to those who watched E3 2011, Mario Party DS isnt Mario Party 9 because Nintendo is in the process of making it now. Looking at the video itself made me think "Its one of those Mario Party games Nintendo failed on" and looks great, but, as always, gameplay. Some gamers (problably most) could care less if the graphics were bad; it's the gameplay that matters. Aside from that, it looks like it'll be a great game.
Mario Party 8 is quite a good nice game but my favorite Mario Partys are 3, 4, 6, and 7 I hopefully hope they could and will make Mario Party 9 with online in it too! :)
i dont think theyres gonna be a 9. theyve already made up to 10 of them (3 n64, 4 GC, 1 Wii, and 2 handheld). if they actually did a 9, i bet theyd be pressured to do a 10.
i havent tryed this mario party but usual you need just one human player the rest can be cpu`s. its from 1 to 4 people and the boards length you can sometimes choose, but mostly its based on rounds 15 - 20 rounds is normal.

online (party mode) may take too long and if a player quits mid game would they be come a computer or would the whole game disconnect?
