  • the glue looks like suger:P mmm,,,

  • How strong are hollow wood board? Do it take with 7-8ft waves? By the way, great job!

  • @cosmonauta2001 Thanks! These boards are very strong !

  • We use the parallel profile system with several panels these are thin enough to bend easily or have the wood grain laying diagonally so they are easy to bend. Dimensions for an 8 footer can vary a lot, depending on how you want the board to ride, what materials is your board being made from ?

  • My sorry for my english... BUt im about to create an 8 foot one, and i whant to know what dimensions are good for me...im like 5'10 and 145 pounds... and i have another question... how then u bend the nose and tail?? or the longboard does not need to get the nose and tail bend?? cheers from puerto rico!!!

  • What is the mix of the epoxy exactly? and what kind of epoxy? Is it like west systems mixed with sawdust in a 2:1 ratio?

  • In this case it is Gemco resin, but any epoxy resin will do, and the sawdust (100 grit sanding dust) is mixed to a 'peanut butter' consistency, i.e. it does not drip or sag off the mixing stick when it is lifted up.

  • Also we add some WEST 403 glue powder to make the mixture smoother

  • thanks for the help

  • Thanks, glad you like it. :)

  • wow. this is amazing.

  • amazing internal construction. What are the dimensions?

  • Thanks goldenpizza, the board itself is 5'11" lomg by s7 wide, amd 1.5 inches thick.
