Good job! I don't know the best nor the most efficient way to do it. But what we would do, since my laptop has no mic input but only a line in, is that we would plug the instrument to an amp with an output, than plug a cable from the output of the amp to the input of the laptop (using a transformer plug). Then just use any voice recording program that could read ur line in or ur mic in. :) But if you have a mic in, I think you could just stick a mic to ur guitar.
