Ye fair enough i am only saying this because i had a nasty hot start on a evo 50 last year leaving me with some scars! As for a test bench, i found one at the warehouse were i deliver. It has a 800mm by 500mm top it is 1200mm tall and has locking castor wheels. I use it to test it, set it up, and store it when i am finished. It doesnt have to be a solid permanent thing!
You dont happen to have a picture of it? would be easier to understand. It kinda looks terrible where im holding, but actually i have a lot clearance to the main rotors. The tricky part is the tail...but ive never had an incident. and i never go full throttle, only enough to lift it to see wether the pitch and throttlecurve is ok for liftoff. for highspeedvalve adjustments i hoover slightly above ground, and sometimes use idleup when at \2degrees for a brief second.
yeah i know, but ive never had an injurie with this heli. Ive had more with the esky hahaha...but i understand your concern. I am fully aware of the dangers. I dont have a place to build a test bench, meaning wood tools. Not yet at least. And are you saying that there are test benches for 90 sizes? show me where :) id be happy to look.
Pay a lot of attention ... Any problem with receiver and....
