Ok, I am working on it. The "roof top" of the bus, the dancing man in the street, the New Million Dollar Hotel, the city skyscape flashing at the end, the motorcycles simlar to the motor cops - all of this, or most anyway, from tU2's "Streets" video. What have I missed? A lot I am sure...

Oh ya, the Streets video was shot at 7th ave and Main (I think) at a liqour store. Was that location in the shoot?

We were actually on Main for some of it, yes...!

come to think of it, I think perhaps the vibe was more Ferris Bueller at the German parade thing, with a touch of "Sweetest Thing" absurdity. Who knows. The dancing man was serendipity, in real time showing how much fun we were bringing to the streets ala Ferris Beuller. The skyscape at the end was more an Abbey road/Truffaut (ala Jules and Jim) thing. I guess the scooters were kind of like the motor cops, but the scooters were mod like the band, so that happened naturally...
