I agree with everything Grant said until the first question (color, lighter...darker shade). He shouldn't of asked the second question right after it. We control the customer with questions, but limit it to where the customer can answer them one at a time.
Of course the customer would be agitated if you ask questions like that! Plus, AT THE MOST, the customer will only ask for the best price 3 times. Get a range on pricing/payments from them & go for the appointment.
