After my wings folded on my boomerang last week. Which is reparable...had to dig the front end out of the woods! I have decided to go for this as seems to have pretty good strength based on what i have just watched...looks like u were having fun there! nice to see its quite stable when inverted! good flying btw.
did u have the otion to go tricycle on that version...if so would u recommend building it with that option...or just go with tail dragger?
hi, yes I did have the option for a tricycle but I use a grass runway so chose tail dragger to reduce the chance of nose overs on take off and landing. I also prefer the look of the tail dragger. she was a beautiful plane to fly. I wanna get another one every time i see the video of it ha ha. in one of my other vids you'll see it crash into a bush POV :-(
cool flight. i just oredered one of these, its not my first plane though, i had plenty of flights with a parkzone mustang. im putting a thunder tiger gp42 in mine, will it fly as good as this? never flown with gas!
Hi, I lost my aileron on my first flight too. after that incident I pinned all my controls :-). Your engine sounds sweet, what is it? I have an Irvine 53 on mine, very powerfull.
Hi, It's a SC 46 engine. I have to have a high idle rpm to stop it stalling, also find it stalls if I accelerate too quickly. I think it just needs setting up a little better. my WOT trainer ended up in a bush. check out the end of my POV/FPV video for crash!
it's ok tho, I gave it to my friend to fix it and we're going for the first flight today!
Irvine 53!! no wonder the aileron came off lol. I was doing a dive with power when mine came loose.
for once a good quality video well recorded which hasnt been spoiled by crappy music over the top of it. awesome plane by the way, i bought one myself only yesterday (im still putting mine together) but now ive seen this i cant wait to get mine flying :)

hello, I'm sure it will fly fine with the Thunder Tiger gp42. mine was over powered anyway. I would strongly suggest you pin the aileron hinges. :-)

Hi, is the aileron problem common to this model? I am considering buying one.

Just need to pour some extra glue (thin glue preferably) at the hinge points and you should be fine.
It's a very good model, I really recommend it.
