What the plastic surgeons won't tell you is that SmartLipo recovery is more painful because you will have a burning sensation under the skin. Some people have fat sacks which cannot be taken away with exercise, although I would recommend being in your "best" shape if you are going to do this procedure. Meaning, don't be overweight.

im a lil over weight still..but i head to the weightroom at least twice a week and martial arts etc.

What do you eat? If you work out and do martial arts u shouldn't be overweight, but then again, depends on when you started doing it.

i started in september...im trying to body build and loose weight at the same time...but once u work out, u get hungry so that explains...right now i try to cut down on my calories

Because it will look like a puncture which will make for a more obvious scar versus a cut
