@Capri557 A video tip is useless for this trick its just all about persistence and LOTS of practice. you should probly know how to laser flip before you can do these to haha. you need fs bigspins wired

if you can fs flips, it will be easier, so

this is the main thing you have to do

roll away as you're about to do a fs bigspin (but with your front foot as a fs flip)

pop with your backfoot as hard as you can (POP, i mean that you don't have to focus on the fs 360 rotation )

at this -

@Capri557 - point, "reset" your mind and move your front foot as a fs flip(frontside flip, not hardflip. the mind is a little bit weird)

so , when you are on the 90 degree fsflip rototation keep your feet steady and focus on the flip

now just watch as it spins and try to land with both feet on the grip.

well, it looks hard, but once you got them wired you won't find it so hard.

If you try them like 50000 times and do this:

-move your frontfoot closer to the tail, for a faster spin

-Learn laser flips, NOT 360 fs shuvs (learn them on flat. if you cant do them on flat, but down gaps, it wont help you, and your a fagget bastard for using extra height to get the spin for a trick you cant do on flat)

-dont flick straight down because its gay

-flick out and and stick your leg out there,it helps a lot, dont flick fast and pull it back. done, easy once you get the secret
