No, it has already been shown on the previous bills, like the stimulus bill, that horribly many wasteful things have been put in. Roads for turtles, crab pots, and many localized options that never never should have been placed in the bills. They actually removed the end of live stuff due to the uproar - so it is not to clear anything up. It is crony-paybacks and pork and things to make their controls easier.
I think the Cambridge police department acted smartly. And I don't even live in Cambridge. But I paid all my parking tickets as soon as I got them.
