@uwmatt hey mattie i did some headstands but not nailed against the wall that's pretty difficult as you move all the time with water so the only way i get "nailed" is when i hang from the edge of the wall ... did you see the vid i have with a lot of headstands? let me have your input when you do tx and cheers ! xoxo

@losolomo i would if i could !! unfortunately it is on land where everything is but i definitely spend a lot of time in the water - i can hold my breath for as long as 3.25 dry bh or 2.75 uw but those are my best timings now when i started after months gosh i just did 2.50 i guess dry and have been totally lazy in catching up - nice talking to you !! xoxo
