Dude theres 2 endings depending on how you play. This was the bad ending.

The other ending is the same exept after you get attacked it shows issac taking his helmet off. It shows that the attack from his girl was a hallucination.

if you stay behind the barrier before you walk into cut scene you can pull all the boxes to you with kenesis and stamp on them to get all the ammo before fighting.

I really don't think he died, they just went with the classic horror ending. Seriously, a un mutated necromorph versus Isacc in all armor but the helmet and blocked her main attack, i think hes gonna win!

and no meteor's? they were the only difficult bit of that boss lol strange that it would only happen on certain plays, tip for making the eyes easier count how many hits you get on each one and leave 1 shot on the last two after he grabs you it makes that hanging upside down bit quicker

This isnt impossible mode this is normal mode, on impossible the boss shoots down two enemie carriers after you kill all her eyes and also fire meteor's at you after she has revealed her chest.

thats the thing, if she was real. she DID kill isaac. after all hes been through, trying to save her looking for her. he's not gonna fight her, even if she is a necro. he would not fight, so she did kill him if she is not a hallucination.

Absolutely not. Isaac is a survivor, his first reaction would be to fight. Plus, that thing isn't Nicole. It's her body, yeah, but the only way for her to become a Necro is if she was already dead. And if it is really her, and not an hallucination, then it would be pretty evenly matched since she hadn't developed the blade thingies yet and Isaac is a fucking animal

Well that's just the thing, she was dead even before Isaac got to the Ishimura, but like you said if it is all in Isaac's mind then it would be an easy match seeing as she doesnt have the fangs or scythes yet/at all. But then again Issac also had his helmet on the whole way of fighting so MAYBE that saved his life during the game but again like you said I saac is an animal.

Everyone it has been confirmed that the creature at the end was his girlfriend(Nicole) and the she ripped his throat out which means Issac is dead. I thought that was dumb but thats how it is. They didn't say that they WILL make a sequel but they said that it was a good game for a sequel because of how it is setup. I expect to see a sequel but there is a small chance they may not.

well heres what I think. the planet was destroyed by the asteroid which destroyed the marker which stopped any hallucinations he was having. That Nicole was probably real just undead like everyone else.

It's not a boss battle its an enemy in the game where you encounter about 3 or 6 times and one of the parts "The infected head" if it jumps onto you there will be an action sequence by pressing a button and if you fail you lose your head and the infected head will take over your body.
