Hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of stubborn fat.
evil plz answer this! im working out in the morning, like 45 mins after I wake up.
does this burn muscle? cus 5 minutes before I start my workout I'd swallow my last bit of food :/ im not a fast eater in the morning.. But do I use that food especially the carbohydrates if I just start training after I swallow my food? If not.. the only thing I can think of to get energie the body needs during the workout is fat / muscle :S
@ancientpower22 No, it won't burn muscle. You'd really have to go to extremes for that to happen. What it will most likely do is limit your performance. A bit more time, let's say half an hour or an hour, between breakfast and workout might help.
im sorry but i disagree!!! if you do your research you will find that if you consume a good amount of protein before a workout is FAR more effective then consuming carbos, this is not opinon this is fact, your muscles need protein so they can build, if you need energy before a workout then have a coffe or a pre workout shake and consume your COMPLEX carbs (ie oatmeal, almonds and fruits) AFTER a workout so that your body has enough enerygy during
@liquidmetaltech You cannot be serious. He went into great detail to describe what it means to actually have a "pre-workout" meal, ie., the importance of diet not only immediately prior to working out, but rather everything leading up to the workout. If you were looking for a summary, possibly due to a lack of sufficient attention span, maybe you should have taken his advice before he began to "blah blah blah".

Training is so frigging hard man!, this is why some people turn to the juice, cos you take that stuff at a small dose and aslong as you know what your doing and have done your reaserch you will be getting the gains you should be getting in no time.
@Tangotom96 Yes I know, i lift weights at a small gym in a small town, but the owner of this small gym is a big guy. He also helps me with lifting weights. (when i need it)
...you seriously need to stop explainsing sooo much.. just say what you need to eat and why?.. end off.. 2 minit video.. and everyone gets the messege..
@Evilcyber Hi, im 14 years old, I lift weights for like 3/5 months now, I eat just like normal food... Just what my mother serves... but i haven't gained too much mass, my incline bench press has gone from 20kg 1 rep max to 55 kg 2 reps... so, strenght is going up, but no mass... O_0 could you help me out?

@WinterFrostyFreezy Six pack in a month? There are operations where they rearange the fat in your stomach to give the illusion of a six pack. If it only took a month to get a six pack almost everyone would have one :/
@titans091052 first of all, im not a fucken fat ass.. im skinny and i already have the shape of the 6 pack (kinda) and i asked a few people at my gym ( 10 people) and they said yeah, i can get one in about a month.
@WinterFrostyFreezy Woah, buddy. Settle down. If you're really close already you might be able to pull it off. Just don't be upset if in a month you don't have a ripped stomach.
@titans091052 lol my bad... and lol, i know.. the thing is im always tired from a lack of iron, so then that makes me too lazy to do anything. so im like blaah.. :P. but do you know any good workouts to do for it?
@WinterFrostyFreezy No worries, bud. Gotta just push through the tirdness. Put on some rockin music and try to get yourself pumped. I've been doing various ab exercises like weighted crunches where I fail between 8-12 reps. I don't mean to be cocky but I have some pretty sweet abs. I think most of the "killer ab workouts" where they have you do some 3-6 minute burn session are junk. Just work them like you would any other muscle.
@WinterFrostyFreezy Heah Frosty, as titans said: Work them like any other muscle. And don't forget the rest of your body. Check my site under Guides > For Beginners > Teen Home Beginner Workout for a workout plan that should work for you.
@WinterFrostyFreezy Haha! thanks. Yeah, Evilcybers site has some good workout plans if you want to start there. Feel free to send me a message here though if you have any questions, or want any more suggestions and I'll be more than happy to help you as much as I can.

well your body burns the muscle mass when it doesn't have an alternative .. but your body will also get rid of what it deems "excess" muscle mass .. after you stop working out for a good while..

also, are you planning on making a video about post-workout meal(s)?
